With continuing developments in system technology, an ever increasing client base and growing needs within the security consultancy arena for tighter regulations, Redvers Hocken has already begun the process of undergoing ISO 9000 accreditation
Quality Policy
Redvers Hocken Associates provides a professional service for customers seeking electronic and physical solutions to security issues.
The company has created a total quality culture that underpins all our activities on a day-to-day basis.
The mechanism for driving the quality culture is the achievement, maintenance and improvement of:
"ISO9001:2000 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS"
- The company aims to deliver a quality service to its customers. These aims will be continually measured through our customer satisfaction programme.
- The company will establish both corporate goals and specific operational targets for service delivery. These targets will be communicated to relevant staff and will be measured for achievement
- Target achievement [or otherwise] will be reviewed by senior management at our quarterly management review meetings
- The company will support this programme through fostering and promoting a culture of continual improvement and reward
- This policy is at the core of the Business Plan and will form part of new employees induction. The suitability of this policy will be reviewed at least annually by the principal for its ongoing impact and relevance
Whilst the system is already actively in place, accreditation for ISO9001:2000 should be achieved by February 2007
